Divine Unction
Beneath the crocodile-infested waters of Lake Nasser, Jack Cooper has recovered a sealed bronze urn containing a puzzle left behind by King Menelik, the fabled offspring of King Solomon and the Queen of Sheba. But the puzzle can’t be solved without the help of a dead Egyptian Army sergeant’s field diary and an ancient obelisk buried under the shifting sands of Yemen’s vast desert.
Collaborating with three beautiful women—Erica, his ex-wife; Aline, a Mossad agent; and Molly, his newest interest—Jack doesn’t know who he can trust as he fights his way out of one tough spot after another in the elusive quest for the golden chest of Israel’s anointing balm. All three females seemingly use Jack for their own selfish interests, but in the end only one will steal his heart.
Non-stop action, exotic locales, unscrupulous villains, and quirky characters all add up to create a wonderful adventure tale as the search for the Divine Unction races to its ultimate climax. Only a man with the remarkable mental and physical attributes of Jack Cooper could solve the puzzle, overcome the villains, locate the artifact, and still manage to find true love along the way.
